Managing your card limits and controlling transactions can help you maintain better financial security. The IN1 allows you to set and modify daily and monthly transaction limits, view your remaining available balance for the day, as well as disable transactions in specific categories on the card level. To do so follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the "Cards" icon in the main menu.

  2. Tap your card where you want to change your limit.

  3. Tap the "Categories and limits".

  4. There you can change both Daily and Monthly limits of your card.

In this section, you can also see

  • a progress indicator that visually shows the card limit and the remaining available balance for the selected period ("Daily" or "Monthly");

  • the total limit amount;

  • the remaining available amount for the period.

Also, under the main limit control there is a list of various transaction categories with toggle switches for enabling or disabling transactions for that category.

FAQ:

Can I set different limits for different days?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to set limits for specific days of the week. You may manually adjust the daily limit whenever you need to adjust your budget.

What happens if I exceed my daily or monthly limit?

If you exceed your limit, transactions may be declined until the limit is reset.

Why was my transaction declined even though I didn't reach my daily limit?

  1. You may not have reached your daily limit, but you could have used up your monthly limit. Check how much of your monthly limit you have used.

  2. Your transaction might be declined if a specific transaction category is disabled on your card. Enable that category for the transaction to proceed.

  3. There may be other reasons for the transaction being declined that are unrelated to your daily limit. For further troubleshooting, please check for the decline reason in transaction details and refer to this article.

If I have multiple cards, can I set a specific limit for each card?

Yes, limits are set at the card level. If you set a specific limit on one of your cards, it does not automatically apply to the others.
