On the "Home" tab, tap the question mark icon in the top right corner.
Select "Messages".
Tap the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (on Android) or the top right corner (on iPhone) to create a new message.
Type your question in the chat window.
Remember: When opening a chat with our support team, add as many details as possible. Feel free to attach screenshots and write down all information relevant to the issue. That will help us provide you with a faster resolution.
