How do I link my external card to IN1?

  1. Tap "Add" under your balance.

  2. Select "Card".

  3. Provide your card details.

  4. Specify the sum you'd like to add.

  5. Confirm the transaction.​

Where do I find the billing address of my card?

When you add money using your external card, we ask you to provide your billing address registered with the financial institution that issued your card. If unsure, please check it with the bank or financial institution that issued your card.

Why was my top-up by card declined?

Multiple scenarios can lead to a card decline. In most cases, you will see the reason for the decline on your screen.

  1. Your bank (or financial institution) has declined the transaction.
    It can be due to incorrect card details, the billing address not matching, 3DS not passed, a low balance, or any limits set on your account.

  2. Our provider has declined the transaction.

    Your card might be registered among stolen, not active or suspicious cards.

  3. There was a temporary issue, and we cancelled the transaction because we could not process it.
    In such a case, you can try again.

If your top-up by card gets declined, please visit the online banking or the app of the bank (financial institution) that issued your card. Most banks and financial institutions show declined transactions in history and the reason for the decline. If you see a declined transaction in your transaction history, it means that the request was processed, but your bank decided not to approve it. If you don't understand the reason for the decline, please contact your bank's customer support.

If your bank (financial institution) doesn't show a declined transaction in the transaction history, the decline might have happened on our or our provider's side. Please try to add money a few more times. If it doesn't succeed, contact our Customer Care team. We are always happy to help.
