Using biometric authentication, such as facial recognition or fingerprint scanning, adds an extra layer of security to your account. Depending on your device, you can enable either Touch ID or Face ID.
When logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a passcode and then activate Touch ID or Face ID. If you'd prefer to skip setting up biometrics initially, you can always enable it later by following these steps:
In your IN1 app, go to your Profile by tapping your photo in the upper left corner of the screen.
Tap "App settings".
In the Security section, toggle the switch for "Face ID" or "Fingerprint" to enable or disable facial recognition or fingerprint scanning.
When enabling biometric authentication, you’ll be prompted to enter your passcode and then scan your fingerprint or use facial recognition.
Voila! You're all set to use biometric authentication for unlocking the app, authorizing payments, or making secure changes to your account details (e.g. email, passcode, etc.).
