How to get the IN1 app?

You can download it from the app stores using the links below:

When you're done, create your profile by following the instructions on-screen, and you're good to go! There is no need to leave your house or spend hours in long queues. We are here at the reach of your fingertips.

Who is eligible to use our services?

  • You need to be at least 18 years old.

  • You need to have your residency in a supported country.

  • You need to provide us with the required information and documents.

What information do we need from you?

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, we will request that you provide us with various information to set up your account with IN1. This aligns with regulatory requirements financial firms must meet when providing financial services. We might need further information from you once your account is up and running, and we will contact you in such a case. The main purpose of gathering information about our users is to protect them against money laundering, fraud, and corruption. While setting up an account with us, we will request the following information from you:

  • Phone number

  • Full legal name

  • Date of birth

  • Citizenship, confirmed with a photo of your passport or ID

  • Selfie for account security

  • Residential address

  • Email

We may ask you to provide additional documents such as proof of address (utility bills, mortgage agreement, etc.) or proof of your source of wealth/funds (payslips, bank statement, invoices, inheritance confirmations, etc.) where required.

Is using IN1 free?

Opening and using an IN1 account is free; there is no monthly payment if you choose our free Basic plan. However, depending on the services you use, you may be charged some fees; please check them here.

You can also choose to sign up for our Premium plan and enjoy more benefits using IN1.

Note that you are not allowed to use the IN1 account for business activity.
