FAQ
What is the difference between citizenship and residency?
A country of citizenship is a country whose nationality and passport you hold.
A country of residency is where you live, either permanently or temporarily.
Why is my document being rejected during verification?
To successfully submit your document for verification, please make sure that:
You selected your country of citizenship, not your country of residence.
You are taking a photo of one of the documents supported in the app.
The photo is clear, glare-free, well-lit, and shows the entire document with all details visible and easy to read.
If you have checked all of the above and the issue persists, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
What should I do if my country is not listed?
