How to get an account statement/confirmation?

In order to get an account statement or confirmation, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and indicate the needed period.

The Customer Care Agent will provide the document you need.

The statements can only be issued in a PDF format.

We are working on adding this feature to the app, and you will soon be able to generate account statements/confirmations via the IN1 App by yourself.
