To send a SEPA transfer, follow these instructions:
On your Home tab, go to the Accounts section of your euro account and tap “Send”.
If we haven't been granted access to your contacts yet, we will request it. If access has already been granted, you'll go straight to the Send funds screen. Select “Bank transfer” to continue.
Tap “Personal” or “Business” depending on the type of the recipient's account.
In the IBAN payment details section, enter the recipient's name if you chose “Personal” or the business name if you selected “Business”, as well as their IBAN and country.
Tips:• If you click the dropdown arrow in the IBAN field, you can select one of your linked accounts and the details will be filled in automatically. If no accounts are linked, the dropdown arrow will not be displayed.
• If you're transferring money to one of your own accounts, check the “My account” box to have your name pre-filled — this is especially useful when entering details manually.
Tap “Continue”.
On the IBAN transfer screen, tap the amount field and enter the amount in EUR you want to send. For your convenience, the transaction fee is displayed right below the entered amount. Also, if needed, select a different EUR account by tapping the dropdown arrow.
Next, choose a payment reference from the dropdown list or leave it as “Send from IN1” which is set by default. If you select “Other”, you'll need to specify it by writing your information in the blank field.
Tap “Continue”.
Review all the details, including the name, IBAN, transaction fee, and the amount you're sending, then confirm the transaction.
After authenticating the transaction, you'll get a confirmation that your payment has been sent.

Why can't I proceed with my SEPA payment?
Your SEPA payment might not go through for a few reasons:
Make sure you have enough balance in your EUR account to cover both the amount you're sending and the transaction fee.
Ensure the transfer currency is euros, and the recipient's bank supports the SEPA system.
Double-check the details you've entered, ensuring the recipient's name is spelled correctly and the IBAN is complete and accurate, including all letters and numbers.
Make sure you have a valid IBAN in euros before proceeding with a SEPA payment.
