FAQ:

How does a QR code work?

When you scan a person's QR code to make a crypto transfer, the deposit address is automatically filled in, making the process more convenient.

What are the available crypto cash-out methods?

You can send your crypto of choice directly to an external wallet, or convert it to EUR and send it from your IN1 EUR balance to an external bank card.

How long does a crypto transfer take?

Typically, a crypto transfer takes from 10 minutes to 2 hours. Please note that this window excludes delays caused by network congestion or other exceptional circumstances.

You can monitor the status of your transaction by tapping it while on the Home tab.

When you send crypto from your IN1 Account to another IN1 Account, the process is easier, you pay no fees, and it is almost instant.

What is a crypto network, and which one should I choose?

Simply put, a crypto network is a system of computers spread out across the world that help people send, receive, and store their cryptocurrency. These computers work together to check and record every transaction. It is like a big, shared ledger that everyone in the network can see, ensuring accuracy and security. Each transaction is added to this record, and everyone in the network has an updated copy.

You will have a couple of options for the Network, the main difference being the fee amount and the transfer time.
You have to select the corresponding Network for sending - it must match the recipient's crypto address Network. If not sure, please clarify with the recipient.

Choosing the wrong network when sending a transfer can result in losing funds.

Why is IN1 requesting access to my contacts?

By allowing access to your contacts, you'll be able to find IN1 friends from your contacts quickly and send them transfers almost instantly.

What if the crypto I want to send is not in the app?
