📣 PREMIUM PLAN COMING SOON

The Premium subscription is not available yet. It will be introduced in future versions of the IN1 app. Stay tuned for updates!

You can access important details about your plan and manage your subscription by following these steps:

  1. In your IN1 app, go to your Profile by tapping your photo in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap the Premium Plan bar.

  3. On the Manage plan screen, you can view your plan details, switch between monthly or annual subscriptions, or downgrade to the Basic plan if needed.

FAQ:

What is the difference between a monthly and annual subscription?

The monthly subscription gives you full access to Premium features for 9.99 EUR per month.

By switching to the annual subscription, you save 20%, paying just 95.88 EUR in one go for the entire year on your subscription or renewal day.

How to switch to a monthly or annual subscription?

On the Manage Plan screen, scroll down and select either "Subscribe with Monthly" or "Subscribe with Annual", then confirm your choice.

Your new subscription will take effect after your current billing period is over. Before the change takes effect, you can still change your mind and move to the previous subscription type.

When is my subscription renewed?

Your subscription period starts on your billing date, which may not match a regular calendar date. For instance, if you subscribe on the 15th, your next billing date will be the 15th of the following month for a monthly subscription or the same day next year for an annual subscription. So each month on 15th you'll get your Premium benefits renewed. You can always check your next billing date on the Manage plan screen.

Where can I check the benefits I have and how many are remaining?

In the Free cards and Limits for free transactions sections, you’ll see the list of the key benefits of the Premium plan. You can keep track of how many services you’ve used and how many are still available under each benefit.

For example, if you have 2 free outgoing SEPA transfers per month, you’ll see 0/2 if none have been used. After using one, the count will update to 1/2, meaning you’ve used one free transfer, and one is still available.

Can I cancel my Premium plan?

If you'd like to cancel your Premium subscription, please follow the steps described in this article. If you downgrade to the Basic plan, you still can enjoy all the benefits of the Premium plan until the end of your current billing period.
