When will I be charged for the Premium plan?

Your next billing date can be found in your Profile. On the due date, the payment will be deducted from your main currency account.

What happens if I have an insufficient balance on my main currency account?

We recommend always keeping a positive balance in your main currency account, as service charges will be deducted from it.

If the balance is insufficient, we’ll try to charge your other fiat or crypto accounts. If the payment fails, you’ll receive an in-app notification so you can top up your balance or have a one-off payment with another method. After three failed attempts, your plan will be automatically downgraded to the Basic plan. You can upgrade back to the Premium plan at any time.
