How to close my IN1 account?

We are sorry to see you leave. If you made this decision due to some issues with the app or our services, feel free to contact our Customer Care team, as we might be able to fix it for you.

Closure requirements:

  • You have discontinued your staking activities and withdrawn your assets from the staking pool.

  • You have withdrawn all crypto assets.

  • All your fiat currency accounts have a balance of zero.

  • You have no pending transactions.

  • You have no open chargeback requests or disputed amounts.

Note: Sometimes, it might not be possible to withdraw all crypto assets, and a small amount might remain. This is called crypto dust. In this case, you can proceed with the account closure, and the remaining residual amounts will be transferred to IN1 as the last step of your account closure.

When you meet all the requirements, you can close your account by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Profile by clicking on your photo in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Choose "App settings".

  3. Click on the "Close my account" option at the bottom of that page.

  4. If you’d like, tell us why you're closing your account. That will help us improve the customer experience.

  5. Confirm your decision.

After you confirm the closure of your account, we will mark it as closed in our system. However, we will keep your account information in our database for 5 years or longer, as required by regulatory requirements, data retention and anti-money laundering rules. Please refer to our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy for the full description of what happens when you close your account and how we will use your personal data.
